"I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. On the other hand, service was not ideal in that i called the hotel a few weeks before coming to request a twin room with 2 beds instead of a double to which the guy on the phone said ok. Then when we arrived they...

"The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere."

"The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

"This hotel is in the perfect location, and for the money, an excellent deal. The staff were always available if needed, but not in the way. All of Granada is walking distance from here, even the bus station. Only twenty five minutes. Our only problem was the wifi signal. Much of the room was out of reach, and so a lot of strategic positioning was required. However, we would still recomend this hotel."
