「Room was spotless, well equipped kitchen, free coffee at the lobby entrance is awesome to have before heading out, staff was friendly and very helpful in sharing local places to visit.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. 」

「Very clean. Basic double room had a king bed which was great however there is no had lotion or hair conditioner supplied which seems a bit frugal for a hotel like this. The cafe downstairs is really convenient. Shops etc are very close.」

「This is an excellent location with excellent services! Have very good free breakfast 🍳, all our questions got answered by these very friendly staff at front desk! I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay ! 」
