「Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Let us drop our bags early, and when we returned to check in, they had already put our bags in our room. They also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3:00 a.m. with honest prices and right on time. It was a great stay at the end of an amazing adventure. 」

「What a beautiful historic hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We had a lot of luggage and they all helped with moving it. There is a nice security guard at the door. And we had a very early departure (5:30 am) on our last day so the lady at the desk offered to make us a meal to go since we would miss our free breakfast that day. We received a ham and cheese sandwich, chips and cookies in a sack lunch😋. And the early desk person brewed us coffee too. 」

「各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！」
