Great boutique hotel, very cozy and close to restaurants and stores. Employees are nice and helpful. It is not a luxury hotel but very clean. It makes you feel like you are out in the mountains of Northern Europe. Definitely recommend.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, dá para ir em várias atrações caminhando. O café da manhã é bom, porém sem muita variedade. Em um dos dias eles serviram pão de queijo zero lactose, e estava extremamente duro, as crianças não conseguiram comer. Perguntamos se tinha outra opção mas nos foi dito que o fornecedor só entregou aquele, tinha um bolo no forno e pedimos para servir para as crianças , disseram que não podia. O quarto é espaçoso, o chuveiro é fraco porém bem quentinho, uma delícia para tomar banho nos dias frios de Gramado, o teto do quarto estava mofado, e durante a noite ouvi muito barulho no corredor, demoramos muito para conseguir dormir. Um atendente (não recordo o nome) foi muito grosso no atendimento.

O time da pousada é muito atencioso e educado. A pousada é muito lindinha. Só o banheiro que achei que carece de uma reforma. Mas o banho foi bem quentinho.

NOTA 10....

Foi tudo muito bom. Os funcionários da pousada foram muito gentis, solícitos e nos trataram muito bem, sem exceções. Localização da pousada é excelente, muito perto do centro, o que possibilita fazer praticamente o centro todo sem usar um automóvel. Café da manhã saboroso, com produtos frescos todos os dias. O quarto é excelente, muito grande, com uma sala anexa, ou seja, muito espaçoso. Os únicos pontos negativos são a falta de elevador (que nos foi informado com bastante antecedência), mas que não desabona e o banheiro por ser bem antigo, o que faz necessária uma pequena reforma. Ele possui uma banheira já antiga, bem ultrapassada, compartilhada no mesmo espaço do chuveiro, o que pode ser um pouco perigoso na hora de sair do banho. Se essa banheira fosse retirada e fosse instalado um novo box, o quarto seria impecável... De modo geral, a pousada é excelente!!!!

Pousada com uma excelente localização. Estrutura boa. Acústica do quarto foi oque mais deixou a desejar escutava fácil os quartos ao lado, tirando que tinha uns hóspedes sem noção que exageravam no barulho, mas isso não foi culpa da pousada. Roupa de cama e banho excelente e se necessário poderia trocar todos os dias e estavam sempre limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades e super gostoso.

Bonito e proximo as atracoes principais. Antigo.

O quarto onde ficamos é bem legal pois tem uma sala numa sacada. A cama é enorme, o chuveiro tem boa vazão, os travesseiros infelizmente não são confortáveis. O hotel é antigo, precisa de algumas reformas porém e muito bonito. Proximo a Borges. Precisa melhorar o atendimento.
