「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「Had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am here for one more day and the staff has been so friendly and the rooms were super clean. I was here for my birthday and the hotel even brought me a bottle of champagne to my room on the house which was very unexpected and so nice. Its also in the center of lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return!」
