"The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and chair. When I rang from the Airport asking about transport options, I was told to walk. It’s just over a mile (1.6km)There are no paths/sidewalks on either side of the road. On checking in, I was told that staff are not allowed to call taxis for guests. Next morning there was a sign at reception confirming such. There was no one at reception anyway. It’s a shame as the food was great and the restaurant and bar service was good"

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Galgorm and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both faultless. But what truly stood out, however, was the level of customer service. Every interaction felt genuine and personalized, which made the stay feel memorable rather than routine."

"Definitely a 5/5 B&B! We were so amazed of how great the service was. The breakfast was so amazing as well. They went above and beyond. When we arrived, she made us very comfortable and even served us tea! She gave great recommendations of places to see in the area, and made us a day of itinerary with directions on where to go to see the best sights. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area, and we hope to be back in the future!"

"Lovely room, but no mirror in the bedroom to be able to dry my hair. I told the receptionist and she said they were working on that. I asked for a sandwich for dinner to take to my room, but the chef said no so I had to order from the menu. So only a couple of little niggles, but apart from that it was a great hotel and I would definitely book again."

"Interesting place to stay. Front desk was helpful. Was looking forward to dinner but was disappointed. Drinks took over 1/2 hour to receive and were never once asked again if we wanted any more drinks. An hour and a half before we received our food. After finishing food we were left waiting half an hour. Would have ordered dessert and more drinks if offered the chance. 2 hour ordeal after a long travel day was very frustrating. Their loss as we opted to eat elsewhere the rest of our stay."
