「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing. 「Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus). Food: Breakfast was various options for the food and drink. The food was delicious for us! Staff: The staff was nice and helpful.」

「I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice....
