"Great stay -- major kudos to the front desk staff who were professional and went above-and-beyond to squeeze in our laundry request late on the day of check in. Spacious room - clean, great A/C. Would happily return to this property if I'm back in BZE!"

"We stayed one night because we had an early morning flight. The staff was wonderful and the entry and registration desk was clean and well-designed. Driving through the parking lot, however, was ungraded and dusty. The room was small and superficially nice, but the construction was shoddy. The wall plug outside the room was hanging by its wires. The peephole in the door rotated freely. The door didn't fit the doorframe. The handle on the shower door was practically falling off. The showerhead pipe coming out of the wall was not solid. All in all, this new hotel doesn't look like it's going to last many years. One last thing. There was no refrigerator in the room. I had to ask the restaurant to keep my medication cold overnight! All in all, the staff was lovely but the hotel itself was a great disappointment."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Belize City! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they were always available to help with recommendations and arrangements during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Belize City! "The hotel staff were very helpful and kind with booking taxis and tours, and keeping the rooms clean and stocked with towels. They also seemed a bit understaffed in the dining area for the volume of people/diners. Another thing is they could do more maintenance to beautify the building, from the upper management/owners. Some renovations could take place but other than that it was a great stay. "

"Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though"
