The hotel had very little to no amenities. They had filtered water in the community kitchen. The room had a refrigerator and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. It's in walking distance to the ferry for caye caulker and San Pedro. They had a community refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited places that offer delivery for food.

No frills, clean, quiet

The hotel is a no frills and clean and quiet stay. The location isnin the heart of Belize City and on the way to the Mayan ruins and airport.

Briefcase was stolen while checking in but lobby bar cameras not set on RECORD for the afternoon for some suspicious reason. Police surprised! Otherwise crime would have been solvable since virtually empty at the time. Otherwise all just fine.

The room was clean. The hotel owner/manager could do a better job of greeting customers. Parking is good. Price is reasonable. This has been my go to hotel for the past 10 years whenever I visit Belize.

Room was very clean and the wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable and convenient to airport. A few places to eat walking distance. Front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Overall, good for 1 or 2 nights.

Room was basic but OK, aircon working fine. Location convenient for going to International Airport and short taxi drive from the City Airport. The only odd thing was that after dark, the ground floor where I stayed got invaded by lots of quite large ants and in the morning they seemed to have all died on the floor.
