「On the whole, this place is in a good location and the on-site ramen restaurant is excellent. If you have ski equipment, they provide racks to lock it up and they have complementary coffee in the lobby. There were a few issues with my room, but they were addressed by the staff and owner very quickly and I received a partial refund. The staff and owner were very friendly and understanding.
