"The North Star Inn never disappoints. The room was nice, clean, hot shower, spacious. The lobby was comfortable, lots of stairs to sit at with a fire going. Nothing beats their heated outdoor pool with a view of Killington. Great location close to the mountain and restaurants. Five stars!"

"Overall decent room, spacious for the price, and bonus that it is pet friendly. I would stay again if I had my dog with me and was going to be out hiking and just needed a place to sleep."

"The staff at the Hotel Vermont are very friendly and accommodating. Food choices at the bar/restaurant are excellent, as is the food itself. The bar and lounge area is comfortable and great for people watching and conversation. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet with fun and thoughtful amenities. We loved the coffee/tea maker on each floor, as well as the chocolate chip cookies! Great place, and very close to Church St. where a lot of Burlington action is. Looking forward to our next stay."

"As a disabled vet I found the long walk to my room very painful. Also there are hardly any electric outlets and not enough to serve our needs . Service people were above average check in and out.😊"

"There was only one person able to check in people when we arrived before the big eclipse; it took over an hour to check in. We were told a worker was sick, but it was disappointing that there was not another staff member able to independently check in people. The hotel did make it up to us when we asked, but it was an unwelcome experience."
