We stayed and skied next door at pats peak . The location could not have been more convenient . The fire at night in the cozy common room was perfect and breakfast at intervale pancake house was amazing . We stayed her 30 years ago and it was our first time back . "This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked out well since I was by my self."
