Our family had a great stay here ! What stood out most about this hotel was the incredible manager. Every interaction was positive—helpful recommendations, quick responses, and warm smiles throughout our stay. It’s clear Tim takes pride in the motel and making guest feel special . We stayed and skied next door at pats peak . The location could not have been more convenient . The fire at night in the cozy common room was perfect and breakfast at intervale pancake house was amazing . We stayed her 30 years ago and it was our first time back . Highly recommend for a cozy stay in a motel experience. Thanks Tim for all you did to make our stay great !

For the value, the Henniker Motel is a good option. It is right next to Pat's Peak, and while the outer lobby smelled overwhelmingly of smoke, the front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff (Tina) was so nice!! I didn’t rate the pool because it was closed. There was a nice common area with a fireplace. This was our second stay with Henniker Hotel

We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Tim welcomed us warmly and was excellent in conversation, making us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely accommodating throughout our visit. The motel is also very conveniently located near New England College, which was perfect for us. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay here— you can literally walk right up to the Pat’s Peak chair lift from the motel, so you can’t beat the location. Tim was so, so friendly and helpful, definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The location is nice and quiet, and the owner is helpful and kind. With a car, one can access multiple hikes. A significant problem is that the room lacks windows. It is therefore unaired and smells mouldy. It is not a good value for the money.
