The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. 「So enjoyed stay at Hotel Perla. Airport transport from DBV super easy and communicated well for pick up. Hotel has amazing views and it is easy to get to the beach or see the sites within a few min walk. My room has exceptional view, had clean and fresh linens, and the AC worked so well during the high heat of this August. Hotel staff were graciously accommodating when I extended my stay. Definitely recommend and will visit again! 」
