"Please ensure that you go to the correct Ibis. We were directed around the side of the airport to the Ibis Budget. We spent an hour negotiating our trolley with cases back around to the other side of the airport to the Ibis Styles.... Once there, the staff were great, excellent room. Had a first class meal the following evening. Checkout excellent. "

"Stayed in a multi room apartment, with accessible bathroom. The features of the room where as advertised, aside from one concerning oversight - the bathroom had no anti slip properties at all. For a person with significant mobility issues, and why the room was requested this was a significant oversight - the occupant slipped on the floor when transitioning from a wheelchair to the toilet and was not able to keep their feet steady because they were slipping around and ultimately injured themselves. The shower drainage trails infront of the toilet as well adding to the potential for a slip. Other than that the room was great, quite, clean and modern."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets and eateries, and the secured parking for $11 per night was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the shower, which had both hot and cold options and great water pressure. The lift provided 24-hour access to both the basement car park and reception, which was really convenient. We stayed for three nights during the Easter break, and while housekeeping wasn’t available, there was a trolley with towels and all necessary amenities available for us to grab. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return in the future."

"What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw no one in the two day stay so I guess the bottom line more important than customer service. Really the bathroom facilties for older people really not fit for the purpose and in the end we did not use on second day. Toilitries supplied for two for two days was to say a joke. 3 small tubes and one large cake of soap. Might be a reason I guess. No set up fire as stated in brochure, dead flies on window ledges and no set up for luggage in the room. So, what can I say. DON'T STAY HERE. SORRY! but I guess the truth hurts."
