"What a lovely hotel. The space and decor are unique and the staff were so very friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for our upgrade to the suite and for the wine for our silver wedding anniversary. Breakfast was so plentiful and varied. We were quite overwhelmed each morning but loved the variety and the coffee was perfect! The pool was an absolute godsend in the hot weather and such a delightful private space to relax in. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Sicily and to Palermo so wonderful!"

"The unique thing about the hotel is the helpfulness and dedication of the staff; specifically Dorotea the concierge. Dorotea was dedicated, helpful and provided excellent customer service. She made our stay a very nice one. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was a problem. The room and the lobby were hot; the staff gave us a stand fan so we can sleep at night."
