"Wonderful staff that was very pleasant and helpful. Clean room's with all the amenities you need. Great location. I would recommend if visiting in the la crosse area."

"Good Room was very clean and the linens were comfortable. Ample good towels. Coffee in room. Daily maid service. For a continental breakfast it was excellent. Microwave, small refrigerator. Good parking. Needs improvement What they were calling a kitchen was a whirlpool suite with a double sink, microwave, small fridge, and a "rack." No stove, utensils or anything like that. The fireplace in the lobby was advertised but wasn't running during the 5 days I stayed, that I saw."

"I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!"

"Room was very clean. Parking was convenient. The wall heater was noisy and on and off my whole stay which was annoying. There was no local TV channels for winter weather. And you can’t shut off the bathroom fan when the light is on."
