「This was such a special part of our Belize holiday. The staff was amazing, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and you can see that everyone working there takes great pride in excellent hospitality. It was simply a beautiful, relaxing, and utterly tranquil place to be with loads to do both on the property and excursions available. Wish we’d stayed longer than three nights!」

「Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

Les quelques kilomètres de route non asphaltée pour accéder à l’accueil du parc sont une véritable immersion dans la jungle, nous avons même dû arrêter la voiture pour laisser le passage à un petit cerf. 「Le site est isolé et en pleine nature ce que nous avons adoré. (45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. Un séjour que nous recommandons à proximités de plusieurs attraits (Caracol et Big Rock Falls notamment). 」

「Great place. It does not have Ana actual outdoor hot tub like in the pictures but a soaking tub in the bathroom. Water pressure was really bad so if you'd like a bath make sure to start pouring an hour ahead of time but the water temperature was hot so I didn't mind. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was really low too. The pool was nice and clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay despite these little hiccups. 」
