「Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.」

「15 minutes drive from the Lincoln Showground, it's a light and airy hotel, friendly staff. The bathroom tiling was unfinished and the mastic areas were roughly done. Having said that the room was clean, bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, basic and a little dry (bacon, beans and egg) but we didn't come down to eat until 9.30am so maybe that was why. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, a couple of cereals, bread and a couple of pastries. The restaurant area was...

「Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again」

「Nice and simple. Made the booking, received instructions, everything was as stated. Good points: Had a well lit sign so you knew you were there, good parking, exterior lighting for a dark rainy arrival/departure. Quite overall location, spacious room, VERY well supplied (someone has been busy planning or listening) well heated so dry and warm and cosy. Good comfortable bed, good nights sleep, choice of pillows. All in all worth a second visit. Thank you.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent. Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course! 」
