During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."

"Although a little distance from the town centre, the apartment was only a few minutes walk to train, tram and bus stops, so it was very convenient. Hofer (Aldi) supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. "

"All fine. Eating was a struggle but you have a little fridge type contrivance for bits and bobs as they do not mention the resteraunt is only open on weekends and no breakfasting facilities whataoever."
