「Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation. 」
