「Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. Room was very clean, with only 1 caveat, missing drain items from the bathtub which did not make it non-functional, just the crew hadn't gotten to that room to finish fixing it up. 「The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

「Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again.」
