"Absolutely love this hotel, and thank you to the staffs for making my nephews bday so special. When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. "Room doesn’t get cleaned for a weekend break, our carpets ended up getting very messy from kids food and buggy’s in and out the apartment which wasn’t pleasant to walk on. Fresh towels and a hoover each day would have been better!"
