「Expedia website indicated airport shuttle was included. The hotel called for a taxi, but we ended up footing the bill! Also noted that there was no attendant in the lobby one of the evenings there -a couple travelers were trying to check in but couldn't reach staff. Staff who we encountered were very courteous. The room was fine, but there was no safe which I feel is necessary especially in a city. We did not use the pool or go to the restaurant so I cannot comment on those. 」
