"Check in was easy. I like the laundry facility. The room is very bare bones. No fridge and only a bar of soap. The outside lights are very fright at night and shine through the curtains. The shower was not cleaned."

"I booked this specific hotel because it said it had a free crib, even if I would’ve had to pay as long as it was a crib it would’ve been fine. The playpen/bassinet they brought was a joke. It was disgustingly dirty AND ripped. The “mattress” was nothing but cardboard had I put my baby in there the stick that was sticking out would’ve hurt him or it would’ve fallen apart completely. The room probably wasn’t even cleaned either it was SO dusty and I’m super allergic to dust so I had allergies immediately. I couldn’t get a refund since it was non refundable but it was definitely not worth it. The “crib” itself was ridiculous. No one who has kids would want their baby to sleep on a disgusting dirty ripped “bed”. I found it outrageous they would even suggest it. Just don’t even offer a “crib” in the first place. I have pictures also for proof. "

"We got the hotel because they had tubs. I asked for plug for the tub so I could take a bath. They said maintenance would come. We waited 2hr for maintenance to show. No body showed. When we went out, I was going to ask agent at the desk. No one there. Then when we came back nobody. I gave up, no hot bath for me. Nice place for overnight. Clean room nice staff when you get one."
