「Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful.
We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again 」

The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle.
The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!」

「From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again...
