「This is a nice property that is not completely renovated. Room was comfortable, clean, there was plenty of room for our dog's kennel and personal items. The grounds/trails are nice. Pool area looked nice but the weather was too chilly for me to want to use it. The breakfast area was not completed. The rooms were not very soundproofed...you could hear TV/music from other guests as well as heavy walking. TV stations were limited and it buffered frequently. The keypad on the door was tricky to use...

Got covered in bites presumably from bed bugs during my stay, with no help from the staff other than switching to the room right beside the one with bed bugs, the pool was darker green than the lake and of all the places I’ve stayed over the years this was the least secure room I have ever seen」

「The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all.」

「This was, by far, the dirtiest motel room that I have ever stayed at, my entire life. I am absolutely certain that for the entire duration, I only saw the office manager-- not one cleaner or other staff member. My mom, who was staying in another room, elected to leave her socks on for the entire stay, because we were all worried about touching any surface in the bedrooms.」
