"Dirty room upon check in we had no clean room ourselves "

"Could not check in until almost 6pm (2 hours after check in time). The pool was cold. I reserved room for 6 people and was only accommodated for 4. Asked for extra towels, pillows, and blankets by phone ans by text and never received. Breakfast was all cold off of buffet. My whole experience was not like any other Hilton stay I have had. I was highly disappointed! Beverly was a doll,she was the only positive part of my trip. "

"Didn’t really visit the gym but they actually could use some sturdy beds because they actually squeaks and make noise when you’re trying to get comfortable but other than that everything was great!!!!!! "

"It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could use a little work, they didn't honor our Expedia room booking and offered really nothing to help fix it. A/C in the room ran nonstop, wouldn't quite get to the setpoint, kinda loud. All in all a good experience, not perfect, but I'd stay again. "

"First night check in guy was nice, second night extremely rude man, refused to give us towels because said we had already came and got them we was like no we didn’t he said yes y’all are in 208, we said no we are in 212, he finally gave us towels but was not happy about it, roaches in bathroom, mattress hard a brick, stains on bedding, stains on towels, mold on shower curtain, worst hotel experience ever, I never leave reviews but it was so bad, crack head in parking lot sitting with the hotel cart also, would not recommend!! "
