「Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Check in was quick and clerk was helpful. Hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Need to offer a better selection of breakfast items.」

「The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!」

However upon getting into bed, i realized there were ants in my bed and crawling on me. I reported it to the lady at the front desk. Staff came up quickly with a spray. After pulling the blankets and top sheet back, there was a washcloth found under the fitted sheet. The staff was unable to determine if...

「No iron each time I stayed. Easy fix to get rid of the rust on the refrigerators. The manager finally gave a room without rust on refrigerator. The receptionist seemed irritated that I didn’t want rust on the refrigerator. And invited me to fina another hotel. The rate was a good rate therefore I was invited to take the rust or leave it.」

「The location is very convenient to many restaurant and shopping. The property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly.」

「The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.」
