"No staff after 9pm. Ran out of toilet paper. Shower had no pressure. TV didn’t work. This should be advertised as a zero frill, just sleep place to stay. We are in Prattville often. Won’t be back. "

"This hotel provided a very pleasant experience, and I particularly commend the exceptional staff. The individual who assisted with my check-in was both courteous and highly informative. My only reservation pertains to the mattress in room 122; it appears to be worn, particularly on the right side, which was quite noticeable. Otherwise, the room itself was aesthetically pleasing."

"Front desk attempted to downgrade my reservation for a king room, to a twin room. The room was already prepaid, excuse was made that there was a sports event in town and the rooms were filling up. The reservation was made at least two days prior to arrival. The individual was not friendly, after my insistence, the reserved room was available to me. Cleanliness of the main area needed attention, the room was just okay. Will not stay here again."

"Our room was beyond terrible. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bed, pullout suite. The pullout mattress had stains all over it and was so worn and thin it could not be slept on (though we didn’t want to with the stains). Every bar was palpable. The bathtub was so disgusting I couldn’t give my 2 and 5 year old a bath. It was lined with scum in the tub, curly black hair from whomever stayed last in it, something nasty on the shower walls. The towel rack had been ripped from the wall and was just shoved back in, not even fully hung back up. The trash had something disgusting running down the side. Our AC stopped working around midnight and was hot and muggy in the room. The manager was supposed to call me before checkout and that was yesterday. Still no call regarding a refund and I can’t reach anyone. "

"The staff was excellent very helpful. The rooms are outdated and definitely need to be remodeled. There’s no noticeable damage in the rooms that just comes from being an older structure. I would stay there again once those renovations are complete but as of right now I wouldn’t."

"The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Wonderful location. Out fridge didn't work and the toilet needed adjustment every other flush. I would still stay here again because of the location and staff."

"Plenty of parking. The front desk has a monitor that shows security cameras inside & outside. Quiet area. No traffic noise. Freeway close. Restaurants around the corner."
