I liked the stay overall, however before the day of the checkout, I had asked the receptionist if we can heat some leftover food on the day of the checkout after we come back from a trip to collect our luggage and the receptionist had said that they’d be happy to do so as long as it’s in a small container. However, on the day of the checkout, when we had come back to collect our luggage, the receptionist flat out refused to help us, and claimed that she only meant that we can store our food in a fridge, not heat it up (we didn’t even need help with storing the item). It was a bit annoying as we had planned our checkout day accordingly and I was pretty clear when I had made the request so if it was indeed a bit of misunderstanding, I believe it was a bit unprofessional on their part, given that we had planned our day accordingly on an especially bad weather day.
