「The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are...

「2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind 」

「The suite was recently renovated and looks beautiful! Has everything you need plus more, lovely little touches like chocolates on the nightstand and good quality products in the bathroom. It’s a little cold in the bathroom but it soon warms up with the shower on so not a concern. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the discount to the sauna experience on site, it’s so worth it, recommend going in. The evening the fairy lights and candles really make it a magical experience!」
