「The room was clean and everyone was very helpful. The rooms are not very big but we were only there to sleep. Enjoyed our stay!!」

「The hotel is in an excellent, walkable location. It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. 「It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!」

「Great Location. Easy access to Mass transportation. Blocks away from Central Park and the Harlem River. Lots of Food and Bars in the area.」

「Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. 」

「We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.」
