"I would not recommend this place now. I was there for two nights. The first night they had a power outage. Which was not their fault. I could not get internet on both days. I tried to take a shower in the morning and the shower had no water pressure. So they gave me anther room to shower. Then they decided to give me anther room seeing I was going to stay one more night. I still had no internet. The room was ok. But at night I could not get it to cool down. Then to find out that the shower in that room was cold. I was done at this point. "

"The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly except the young man at the store he wasn't very talkative or helpful definitely got the sense he didn't want to be there. The elevator closest to our room was broken and the one by the waterpark broke down also, using the stairs several times while pregnant was a bit much."

"The shuttle service (Valet Connection) was terrible. This shuttle is operated by an off‑site parking company that also services several nearby hotels, and it was clear their priority was their own parking customers—not hotel guests. At the airport, hotel guests were only allowed on if there were seats left after parking customers boarded. I barely made it onto the shuttle as the last seat, but I heard of others who were left behind and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the next shuttle. The hotel pickup was just as bad. The shuttle did not arrive on time, and the driver initially only wanted to pick up passengers flying on a specific airline. His dispatcher had to tell him to take all of us. He threw the luggage into the shuttle without stacking or securing it (I have photos). He then nearly left my bag at the wrong terminal—Detroit airport is very spread out. Thankfully, I intentionally sat in the back so I could keep an eye on my luggage. Truly awful service. I would avoid this hotel entirely due to how poor the shuttle experience was. "
