「鄰近機場，有付費接駁巴士前往機場，亦有巴士380,經過機場，非常方便。 房間清潔舒適，寬敞光猛。 員工服務態度友善，滿足客人要求，如要多一張毛毯，要一桶冰。 另外本人退房時遺留接駁器在房間，之後聯絡酒店，很快得到回應，還找到接駁器，放在櫃台讓本人能於數日後取回，讚。」

「The staff at Auckland Airport Motel were more than accomodating when our plans changed last minute and were able to confirm our reservation for alternate dates. Check in was fast and friendly, our rooms easily located and very convenient to have parking on the doorstep for a terrible evening of weather! The rooms were comfortable, well sized and very clean, ideal for our short visit and located very conveniently for an early morning airport pickup. Will definitely stay again for similar flying...

「I walked down the road from VR to Mangere village about 2 km lovely evening stroll .Early flight next day reason for stay..Hill walk nearby there. Free Shuttle airport service is 100% great.Shared bathroom in hallway very good.Full shared kitchen on site up hall. Room cleanbed comfy and quiet and private . Parts of second hotel now joint management on site being upgraded in areas near lower cost room I chose.Not an issue to me. Great pool and grass area would be fab in summer with kids.」

「I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!」

「Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .」
