「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible
2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
「Everything about this hotel was fine except that their main elevator was not working. The one elevator that worked was about as far from the lobby as it could be. They assigned us a room that was as far from the elevator as it could be. All the stairways led only to exterior exits so you still had to walk around the building to get to the lobby.
The person who managed the continental breakfast was friendly, helpful and kind.」
「Hotel was nice. Staff was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. Room was good, nothing too exceptional but it was a relaxing stay without issues.」
「The staff was very nice when we first arrived, he informed us of the complementary things that are available to us during our stay. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and looked very well taken care of and cleaned properly. The Hot tub is nice but could be a little warmer it felt luke warm, it looks like you can swim to an outdoor area from the indoor pool. Overall we have had a great experience 」
