「We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. 」

「The host greeted us upon arrival and based on remoteness and outside appearance were not expecting much. That’s when Buttons the ‘doodle’ four legged greeter came up and really welcomed us! WHAT A SWEETIE. Our rooms were perfect. Spacious, comfy and beautiful. Our host also provided breakfast supplies for us. 「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」
