「I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. 「Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel war extrem schmutzig und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war völlig unzureichend. Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist. Während unserer Reise durch Schottland haben wir in insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Premier Inn Hotels übernachtet.
