「From an excellent check in and very informative we had a great time. The room we had passed all expectations. We used the facilities at the hotel and were very pleased with the swimming pool, gym and the outside areas. We ate in the hotel on all five nights there and were pleased with the selection on the menu’s and the costs were in line to what we have paid in the locality. 」

「Lovely comfortable room, spacious with a small sitting area. Jack and Iris were great hosts who welcomed us into their home . Bar food was an excellent accompaniment to our cocktails and great selection of whisky... Jacks whisky knowledge was a great bonus for my American husband Tony We shall definately come back soon. 」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「My son and I spent one night here on May 2, 2025. It was an exhausting day because we were lied to and ripped off by Europcar. We couldn’t get any roadside assistance even though we paid extra for it Upon arrival at the Luib, we were met with understanding and caring. They have a small staff and a tough job.
