"A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again."

"Lovely clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The shower riser rail needed replacing in one room as we had to hold the showerhead in order to use it. But water was hot and plentiful. Lots of parking available and electric car charge points too. Despite being near the main road the room was very quiet and no traffic noise heard. Staff were helpful although mixup on first morning with who was working so breakfast slightly delayed. 2nd day was much better with decent breakfast (but please don't put black pepper on everything!) Overall a lovely stay and conveniently located for us. We hope to return in the future."

"Couldn’t really fault my stay. Made very welcome on arrival, room clean and stylish Modern bathroom, nice hot water and super fluffy towels. Nothing was too much trouble, owner Terri was really helpful with booking our dinner at the local pub ( just down the road and food excellent with good community atmosphere) Beautifully presented village; old buildings with great kerb appeal. The B and B was a beautiful period property but with modern twist. Breakfast excellent, no shortage of food and outstanding service. Owner Terri was exceptional. Would fully recommend a visit."

"QUite old fashioned and our room smelled of wet dog, which was off-putting. Bed was really not good quality or comfortable, it was more like a water bed. Amenities are basic and sharign one bathrom between at least 6 rooms is not great. The woman beind the bar was lovely and friendly, but apart from that it was very average I'm afraid."

"Beautiful and relaxing stay at Montigo Resorts over Easter. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and the grounds are beautiful. The spa was really special, not busy and a real treat. Breakfast was plentiful and not too busy. We'd definitely come back!"

"The hotel was fine. Hotel.com should not advertise breakfast included, when midweek it is not. The hotel kindly provided breakfast when we pointed out you had advertised it. Also very unhappy with your link to Tesco vouchers. We had to use your specific booking channel to use our Tesco vouchers, which cost nearly twice as much as if I had booked it directly myself. This rendered the vouchers almost valueless as far as we were concerned. So, in summary, hotel very nice, but not happy with the elements linked to you."
