We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angsana Resort. The hotel and spa were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Customer service was excellent and all the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful.

När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om ...
