「This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time here. The one thing they do great here is the food! From the breakfast, to the BBQ lunch and even the buffet dinner. It’s all done to a high standard. The staff are super helpful, polite and professional. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which is a good location within the hotel. The only downside is the AC was very weak and the room didn’t cool down as much as I would’ve liked. You also hear the other residents next door quite a bit. But...

「This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)」

Innerhalb von sieben Nächten von Personal kein einziger Tausch. Cappuccino kostet Geld. Nur Filterkaffee ist umsonst, dieser schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Am Hotel kein eigener Strand. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände, aber nur mit Mietwagen erreichbar. Essen im Hotel sehr lecker. Alacart Restaurant konnte nicht reservieren, da schon für die...

「Just had three nights here as selling a boat so were not around the hotel much during the day. Well maintained, All staff really helpful and kind. We had a room with plunge pool. Not massive but all perfectly formed.」
