We initially booked a room with a balcony but thought we would be closer to the water based on the pictures. We asked if we could change rooms and fortunately there was a waterfront room available…we just had to stay a second night (which we were able to do). It was worth it! Kickass view!! Very quiet! Sat out on the dock for hours!!

We stayed for 6 days the week of the 4th of July. Check in and check out was easy. Anthony and Larissa were kind and easy to talk to. We stayed in one of the upper rooms which has an amazing view. My only knock is the size of the bathroom vanity. Everything else was fine. I recommend staying here and I wish them all the best in the future.

The lakefront rooms have a wonderful water-level view of Lake Winnipesaukee through the window. Could see the sun rise and heard loon calls at dusk. When the lake is choppy you can hear the waves from the room. The rooms feel like very small cabins and are comfortable. Beds and covers are excellent. The road on which the rooms are situated was quiet, with beautiful lakefront homes. In the middle of May for part of the stay we were the only guests at the site. The docks were roped off. While everything in the room worked well enough, we got no response or attention after reporting the first day by email (as directed) that the bathroom sink wouldn't drain enough for use.

We loved the views from our room and sitting on the deck having beverages, the kayaks and paddle boards were complimentary with life jackets. The beach and lake were very clean. It was located within 10 minutes of Weirs beach, tons of restaurants, stores and gunstock mountain. We will definitely come back next year!

Bed was uncomfortable, made loud noise everytime you moved. Shower was so small could not raise my arms to wash my hair! Bathroom had on place to put things. Tiny.

The location is amazing, I call it my slice of heaven, we have stayed there at least a half dz. times. The owner removed the old loud AC and replaced it with Eco friendly AC. I told him I miss the sound the window unit so he went out and bought me a fan! You have to love it!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the hosts are gracious and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely view and room smelled fresh upon arrival. Beds appeared new and were comfortable. Weather was temperate but room got a little uncomfortable overnight because the in-room hvac unit kept turning off even though the room was getting near 75 but the unit was (already) set to 68. The fan function wouldn’t operate either. We did not bring this to the staff’s attention because we were really only there to sleep and left promptly on checkout morning.

The property was right on the water. They had kayaks and paddle boards to use for free. We had a kitchen in our cabin. Would go back anytime I am in the area.

It was okay. The inn is a little dated but bed was comfortable and great air conditioning and cable channels. There were gnats on sliding door and bathroom which we got rid of. The private beach is tiny. Very quaint and located in nice quiet area. Would return to lower level rooms next time to be closer to water.

What a view!
We walked into our room and were greeted by an absolutely gorgeous view of Lake Winne! The porch advertised was small but accommodated the two of us,. The queen size bed was not comfortable to either of us and the sheets were too small, making them pop off the mattress. This aside, we agreed that the view truly out surpassed any other issues and would gladly stay again.
