「Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

「Staff was helpful at checkout, check in was later in the evening, so not the best. The room was a bit smoky musty smelling. I've stayed here in the past, so I know what to expect. I had a terrible interaction with a staff member at the lounge, which put off my feelings for the stay, even though the lounge and hotel are separate, it just put a bad taste in my mouth for this particular trip/stay.」

「The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero..」

「I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not.」

「The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.」
