"The hotel was great, in a good location, with attentive staff who went out of their way at all times, even if just to smile and say good morning. In addition, Dahy on the travel desk was a big help planning day trips."

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "
