The property is next to the airport which makes it very convenient if you have a very early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable. I did not necessarily enjoy a carpeted room due to my allergies but was ok for 1 day. The building itself is a bit outdated.

This was a safe, welcoming and budget friendly option near Cairo airport. Staff were warm and responsive, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's not luxury but if you're wondering if it's a safe and comfy option at a budget-friendly price-point, I'd say it is.

Long wait time to check in, staff not very proficient at multitasking. Hotel was very noisy I was on the second floor and could hear the party on the first floor, other tenants were very loud after midnight, did not get a good sleep. I booked a superior room with a double bed, I was given a room with 2 twin beds without informing me; I was told there is no rooms.

The room was dirty, the key detector on the outside of the door was hanging off - no plastic cover although it still worked Half the lights didn't work An Arabic speaking male person entered my room using a key at 2am. I screamed at him and he left. After that I couldn't get back to sleep because there was a man sitting on a chair outside my room speaking on his mobile and a drill was intermittently being used in the next door room The worst hotel experience of my life

Front desk was not informative or helpful on arrival. Had to search for an staff member to get the wifi, laundry service had poor communication. Food option limited, the non smoking dining table was so low for eating a meal, but the staff in that area(bar) were great.

Stayed for one night before a connecting flight back to the US and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and relaxed this hotel was. Had great amenities, options for dining, very close to the airport with a shuttle provided to and from. While it may not be the best to stay at if you want the action of the city, I would highly recommend it if you want to be close to the airport and want a quality stay for the price.

The staff was rude, and non communicative. They gave us a room key for a room that was occupied and we walked in on people, we felt horrible to intrude like that. The staff didn’t even acknowledge it when we came back to the front desk and let them know they gave us an occupied room. They just walked away and came back to type on their computer for 20mins with no updates. They offered a different room with too little beds for our group. After another while they gave us the proper room. The “non-smoking” floor corridor was filled with smoke and stank of cigarettes. This was only for a one night stay before a flight but I would not do it again.

Good option for short stay

Hotel is nice Some drops happened like toilet in room needed fixation-AC was not cooling less than 27 C.. Staff is cery supportive and offered replacement room to sleep instead in tge 2nd night Pool is very nice Jumaa prayer is perfect
