The pool was absolutely amazing, Fresh breakfast on a buffet basis, The staff are absolutely brilliant. Mariam at the reception is amazing and always goes out of her way to help and assist. There is an outside seating area which is divine in the evenings.

Good customer service, very clean, simple and tasty breakfast. Have to wait longer for taxis as uber driver can't find the hotel. For some reason the hotel doesn't allow guests in room.

I stayed a month. The entire staff was accommodating. The one flaw would be, I zeroed out my balance daily. Day of my departure, 3am, a 'front desk person', I had yet to have met, said i had an outstation bill of $25... I purposely zeroed out my 'balance due' the night prior, knowing I was leaving early. I give my time and money to organizations around the world. When people try to steal from me... I take particular offense. His behavior did not reflect on the rest of the staff.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Room was amazing. I'd like to thank them and specifically the front desk for their quick responses for any inquiries or questions. Also, I'd like to thank them for weaving the charges of water bottles, however it wasn't expensive but I appreciate their response and cooperation so much. Great property, but in the middle of nowhere. If you just want a retreat from it all, this place is for you! Beautiful big clean room and nice shower. But you need a car or Uber, there is nowhere to walk to.

Great little hidden Gem in Cairo

Excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and very responsive. We booked this place as our usual hotel we stay in, in Cairo was fully booked but we are glad we did book it. Don’t agree with some of the Hotel policies and location inside a gated community can be an issue driving in and out but overall it has been a great stay. With a few minor adjustments that do not cost much, this place can be a special place to stay in Cairo.
