「When we first arrived we couldnt find the place because there was no sign out front. Then we get to our room and sit on the bed and the whole thing collapsed to the ground. They gave us a second room immediately but it was much smaller and filthy. And the bed was built wrong and had a piece of wood sticking out the my daughter hit her face on. We where supposed to stay 3 days we left the next morning and they agreed to refund us when we spoke in person but refused to answer expedia so expedia...

「Everything was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned, kitchen fully equipped to cook even big meals. Stuff were great and I would like to thank Christina, Mostafa, Bahaa, Amr and the cleaning stuff Shaymaa, Manal and Mona. Thank you all 」

「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」
