"Brass Bells provided no information in advance about how to check in. When we arrived at the building, which is a huge apartment tower, there was no signage or any way to find someone to help. We passed a small dark unmarked office, but no one was inside. Eventually, someone from a nearby shop offered to go find someone to help. A young man came after about 5 minutes, who said he was from Brass Bells and took us to the office room we had passed earlier."

"Every thing was great specially the staff and the place"

"Very nice, high quality great local and nice view"

"Very nice place for long stays as you have everything you need , spacious rooms and big bathroom "

"Real nice and helpful staff. But no hot water and dark hall (no lightbulbs). Lots of good potential but generally run down. "

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"It was a great stay"

"The property does not exist. Be aware of the scam. The phone number provided belongs to private person who tries to put you in other places. Please be careful when you book this un existing place. "

"Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap."

"Comfortable, plenty of room, well placed for shopping"

"Staff was very attentive to all requests and questions"
