「We have stayed here before and as last time, it was perfect. Charles is a wonderful host and when we turned up late on a Sunday evening with few local dining opportunities, he created a delicious platter of cheeses and meats for us, including an aged Brillat-Savarin that was just divine. He helped us get away for the channel crossing on time by accommodating us a bit early for breakfast. The room (Reims) was very comfortable, with a shower and bath. Highly recommended.」

「We have 2 wonderful days in Troyes. - The house: a new construction woods, very beautiful floor height. - The breakfast: home made confiture, “citron vert & tomate vert “ is my favorite one. - The beds: very confortable and super clean. - The spa and sauna: it is the perfect choice after a long day of the shopping. 「Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive.
