「Clean, nice room with balcony & friendly staff, but no washing machine as listed and a few loose fixtures and fittings. Also staff will ask you to wait on check out while they check the room. A little unusual but nothing awful. Overall very good. 」

「I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe. Random people seem to have easy access, and I was even approached in the elevator by individuals asking me for money, which made me very uncomfortable. Check-in was also a hassle. 「This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very rude. The shower water was warm for a few moments and then turned cold. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the rooms. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel」

「Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again! 」
